Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us. *Some items and shipping will need a custom freight rate and you will be contacted if this is required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details and tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do. Order online and print off receipt with order number to pick up in-store during store hours.

What is your turnaround time?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Mountain time. Orders received after this time will count towards the next
business day

How do I track my order?

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number for your order, this information will be provided to you via email.

Product

Can I return my product?

We currently do not take returns. If it's a manufacturer defect, please email Bart at bartstapingtools@gmail.com with your concerns, and we will take care of the issue.

Do you offer tool repairs?

We do not do repairs at the shop. However, we can send your tool directly to the manufacturer for repairs.

Do you special order?

Yes, we are able to special order in some products and parts. Please contact us by phone or email.

Does my product have warranty?

Many manufacturers include a limited time warranty. Please refer to the manufactures website for more information on specific warranty offers.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit, and more. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. You can also apply for Buy Now Pay Later with Sezzle at Checkout (How Sezzle Works)

Do you offer financing?

Bart's Taping Tools is proud to offer "Buy Now Pay Later" in partnership with Sezzle. Sezzle is a third party app that allows you to split your entire online purchase into 4 interest-free payments, over 6 weeks with no impact to your credit.

To apply for Sezzle, head to checkout with your items and click the option "Buy Now Pay Later with Sezzle" under Payments section. You will then be navigated to Sezzle to fill out your application. *Please note we are not responsible for the approval or decline of your application with Sezzle
