Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Some items and shipping will need a custom freight rate and you will be contacted if this is required.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes we do. Order online and print off receipt with order number to pick up in-store during store hours. Please visit Bart’s order desk for service.
Product
We currently do not take returns. If it's a manufacturer defect, please email Bart at bartstapingtools@gmail.com with your concerns, and we will take care of the issue.
We do not do repairs at the shop. However, we can send your tool directly to the manufacturer for repairs. We carry a wide selection of parts which we have available on our website. See manufacturer parts
Yes, we are able to special order in some products and parts. Please contact us by phone or email.
