All Loyalty Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part at any time without notice. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Enrollment
To enroll customers must join rewards program by visiting our website loyalty program page (this page) and selecting "Join Program". Enrollment is free, and participation is voluntary. Each customer can only have one account.
Earning Points
Earning points includes point redemption on eligible orders (excluding refunded orders). Leaving a review (restricted to 2 allowed reviews eligible for points), Following us on social media, Rewards given on birthday, and upon sign up for our loyalty program. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate customer points at any time without notice.
Points Expiry
After 12months of inactivity any and all points will expire. These points cannot be recovered.
Redeeming Rewards
Discounts or rewards included on refunded orders will not be returned to the customer after refund is processed.
